**Describe the project or task SF Express helped with:**

My job needs to send goods from China to USA everyday. Although SF Express is not a famous brand, but after using it, I found it very good, fast delivery, detailed tracking system as well as the price is quite cheap when compared to some other services.

**What do you like best about SF Express?**

What I like most about SF Express is the cost. If compared to some other delivery services from China to the US (for example ePacket), SF Express is much cheaper.

In addition, the tracking system of SF Express is also very clear and easy to use. Their website also supports many languages, so customers and suppliers from many different countries can follow each other easily.

Delivery time also made me feel quite satisfied. In the past, if using ePacket to deliver goods from China to the USA, it usually takes 15-20 days but with SF Express it only takes about 7-10 days.

**What do you dislike about SF Express?**

The only thing I don't like about SF Express is the time it takes to respond to customer requests. Although I rarely had to contact the SF Express support team, once I needed to contact them, they responded quite slowly. I tried contacting them via phone but there was no answer. Although through email can help solve the problem, but I wanted them to response faster.

**Recommendations to others considering SF Express:**

SF express will be suitable for those who are looking for a fast and economical shipping service, especially shipping from China to America. I have used SF Express for quite a long time but have not encountered any serious problems. Overall, their service is very good.

**What problems is SF Express solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shipping costs from China to the US are increasing, so I need a service with more reasonable price. That is why I chose to use SF Express. Although cheaper than some other services, the delivery time is quite fast. So I will continue to use and move forward to replace the current shipping services.
