**What do you like best about SEVA?**

Seva has made outreach 1000 times less stressful! Our gifting campaigns now have a quicker turnaround time as well!

**What do you dislike about SEVA?**

There was a slight learning curve, but Seva/ Shivam is always one step ahead of any comments, concerns we may have.

**What problems is SEVA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seva recently fixed the manual upload process, which was a game changer for our team!

Nothing I don't like but happy there are more features etc coming as it is a newer paltform!
