What do you like best about Sesame Software?

There are a few good features with the products but there are now many products out there that are far more compelling and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sesame Software?

Management team is a joke- poor company culture and they have no respect for customers and do not take responsibilities for their inferior product quality. Some of our team members have tried to contact them for serious production issues and they didn't bother to respond until it's almost renewal time.

According to their CEO, their CTO is also a developer who at times breaks the products in a haste to fix a problem. Quality isn't a strong suit.

Our support team spends insane amount of time addressing data integrity issues caused by the integration tool on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sesame Software?

- The initial setup takes some time

- Password encryption is a little annoying Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Replication from Salesforce to Postgres"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Sesame Software?

We have had RJ4Salesforce on our critical path for about 6 years. In that time we have had relatively few problems, and Sesame has always been very responsive to any issues we've had. We've also compared their Real-Time Option for replication with Salesforce's Heroku Connect, which it consistently outperforms. The licensing is pretty reasonable for what we do with it. The software is highly configurable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sesame Software?

The software does have its limits. Mass updates of records, which happens when currencies are updated in Salesforce, will slow the software down dramatically. Similarly, the Real-Time Option cannot work with multiple workers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Product for improving efficiency."

What do you like best about Sesame Software?

Relational Junction allows me to use the tools I am familiar with (MS SQL) to move data to and from our ERP system. This has greatly improved our efficiency in keeping records in sync between Salesforce and our ERP system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sesame Software?

Interface could be a little more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sesame Software?

We needed a tool that would backup and replicate our salesforce database. In researching products, this one seemed to be the most robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sesame Software?

Some of the setup instructions not that straight forward. Once the user interface is explained, it's less confusing to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
