We use Sesame Software to integrate our Netsuite intsance and backup our data to our local SQL Server. The service runs as fast as it can but the speed is limited by the Netsuite SOAP API. Looking forward to the next version when they release the REST API connection. The way the schedules and configurations are setup is a little confusing but once you set it up for the most part it just works. Pricing is reasonable for how many different objects it has to download having our Netsuite data locally makes internal reporting well worth the money. The support team is excellent. The primary contact Martha always responds quickly and because we always have the same point person she has a good history of what we have done and when. They have helped us through several issues including setting us up to run 2 versions of the software at no extra cost. They have been great to work with.

Easy to use user interface and swift customer support. It has intuitive interface and is self explanatory in nature. Integration with multiple data sources are seamless and works effortlessly. It is also efficient with syncing large dataset such as salesforce and with automation features, this software is a fresh breath of air for anyone working on data world.
