We use Sesame Software to integrate our Netsuite intsance and backup our data to our local SQL Server. The service runs as fast as it can but the speed is limited by the Netsuite SOAP API. Looking forward to the next version when they release the REST API connection. The way the schedules and configurations are setup is a little confusing but once you set it up for the most part it just works. Pricing is reasonable for how many different objects it has to download having our Netsuite data locally makes internal reporting well worth the money. The support team is excellent. The primary contact Martha always responds quickly and because we always have the same point person she has a good history of what we have done and when. We recently needed to retire a legacy ERP system while still preserving its data for historical reference and legal retention requirements. We selected Sesame Software to support this initiative, and the experience was exceptional. Despite a tight project timeline, the Sesame Software team went above and beyond to allocate the necessary resources and ensure the work was completed on schedule and within budget. We also engaged them for several additional database lookup requests, and once again, they demonstrated strong responsiveness and delivered high quality results. Our internal teams were very pleased with both the accuracy of the data and the level of service provided. Sesame Software has proven to be a highly professional and collaborative partner. The sesame tool was helpful during the recovery process, especially for converting attachments to files. Although we deleted a few files, the tool made backup recovery easier. We're fortunate to have this tool, and the support from the sesame team was available whenever we needed it. When issues occur, error handling isn’t always intuitive, and some features require more technical effort or trial-and-error than expected. Sesame Software is solving our need for reliable, automated data replication and integration across multiple systems without requiring complex engineering. It centralizes our data, keeps everything synchronized, and eliminates manual exports or one-off scripts. The ease of integration and broad feature set allow us to build consistent, repeatable data pipelines that support analytics and operational reporting.
