What do you like best about Sesame Software?

Support staff and there dedication towards solving the issue.

Also knowledge of support staff is excellent. They provides information even at one go and issue gets resolved.

Whenever we had call for any issue resolution they solves issues almost in one go.

We are using to sync Salesforce data from our in house salesforce instance, if we need to pull data for any additional object which we identified later on also easy to add and syncs data within no time.

What do you like best about Sesame Software?

Application setup was easy and support has been very helpful. Replicating salesforce data to and from the local database is so simple. Creating config files and replication instances which set up the replication is very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sesame Software?

Sometimes the replication is slow, sometimes it's not. I think it depends in the setup of the config and replication files. I always ask for the support's help whenever an error comes up. Also, updating tables with changes from their salesforce counterpart (fields, datatype, size) is not easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sesame Software:

RJ is great and complete product as an ETL tool. Very easy to use and also have a great support. We use RJ to mirror Salesforce and sync data to our SQL. It works great. Whenever you have issues you can ask for the support and they response fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sesame Software?

It's super configurable so we have very granular control over which fields get synced between Salesforce and the database, in which direction, and how often. And I can manipulate the data in the database and sync it back to Salesforce much more easily that I could have performed the same manipulation in Salesforce directly. What do you dislike about Sesame Software?

I'm not that keen on the GUI provided but it's completely configurable via command line and config files, which I prefer anyway, so I'm happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be a little complex to set up but it's very powerful; I tried other solutions and this is by far the best and most flexible. Simply being able to access and manipulate our Salesforce data in a relational database has made a world of difference to us.
