What I like most about ServiceNow Vault is how seamlessly it brings together robust security capabilities—such as encryption, zero-trust access, and data privacy controls—within the intuitive ServiceNow platform. It makes it easier for enterprises to protect sensitive data without sacrificing productivity.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Vault?**

The main drawbacks users report about ServiceNow Vault include its high cost, a complex licensing model, a steep learning curve, and technical support that can sometimes be slow to respond. Although it provides strong security and compliance features, many organizations still find adoption challenging unless they can commit significant time and resources.

**What do you like best about ServiceNow Vault?**

ServiceNow is a robust and efficient platform for managing work within an organization. Its ticketing system is easy to use, intuitive and greatly facilitates the tracking and resolution of incidents. The interface is clear and allows quick adaptation, even for inexperienced users. Overall, it is a very useful tool for maintaining order and productivity in support teams and other operational departments.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Vault?**

What I don't like about the application is that if they don't teach you the basics of the app, you have to look it up on your own, but in the end it's a good application.

**What problems is ServiceNow Vault solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ServiceNow helps you manage incidents that may arise in a company, whether small or large, has a ticketing system so that each user who is using the application can open a ticket quickly and intuitively, so that the technical manager of the company can go and resolve the user's incident.
