I am able to request records for my clients that gives the information that I need to be able to halp them and their families. **What do you dislike about Virtru Secure Share?** Virtru has vanished off of my laptop on multiple occasions. I have had to take my laptop to the IT department to add it back on. I was able to add it back on the last time this occurred. Student information is processed on a minute-by-minute basis, exposing our students to cyberharm and their personal information. Having Virtru's security relieves some of the stress that comes with confidential work. Other features that set Virtru above competitors include its easy-to-use drag-and-drop interface. I have not used the AI yet, but as I become more familiar with it, I'm sure it will be an asset as well. Other colleagues have used the AI and responded to its intelligent nature. The performance is amazing, and with reasonably affordable pricing, it integrates well into our system of operation. The onboarding and support for this intelligently designed product have been above and beyond on my Richter scale. **What do you dislike about Virtru Secure Share?** Nothing at all. From time to time, I receive e-mails secured by Virtru from clients and other colleagues, so I trust it when I need to share something securely. **What do you dislike about Virtru Secure Share?** Long story short: the two times I needed Virtru, I was not able to use it and asked a colleague to do it for me as if I was incompetent. Virtru usability is confusing to me and not at all new user friendly. When I go to Virtru, I want to share something. But as soon as I log in, I'm facing "My Data", "Settings", "User", "Admin" screens, none of them help me do what I need to: share things. I have to remember to go to the bottom of the screen looking for "Products > Share", even after the LOG OUT feature (whaat?). Once I hit the "Secure Share", I'm asked AGAIN to sign in. After making my way to secure share, it's time to share. My first experience: Could not share. Why? As a new user, sending sensitive data, I wanted to make sure how my e-mail would be received by the user, and if I was doing it the right way. So I sent it to myself to check, and everything was working. Then I created the same thing again, this time adding all recipients, but I could not share it because I hit my limit for the day (one email). Result: I asked a colleague to do it for me, as I was incapable of doing it. Virtru did a terrible job informing me beforehand of this, and even worse when trying to submit, because it says: YOUR CONTENT WAS SUCCESSFULLY SENT, even when not delivering the messages. The other case I have is: Knowing I have just one e-mail to use, I just wrote it and add the 4 subjects right away. When trying to send, Virtru said: limit of subjects above limit. Then I tried again with 3, with 2 and could not send. When I reached 1, Virtru said: you have reached the limit of messages today. WHAT? I also love that I can easily access Virtu on Zendesk! It's very easy to use Virtu and understand what is happening in each step. Which causes me to restart the sharing process. Other times, there is a slight delay in the file appearing in my Zendesk Comms view after I click "Submit" in the Virtu ZD app/plugin. **What problems is Virtru Secure Share solving and how is that benefiting you?** Virtu solves the problem of lack of encryption when sending client's insurance details, EOBs, and invoices that are HIPAA Complaint. We had an issue sending large files due to our email provider's limit, however, we came across Virtru Secure Share. This was a great find, as it allowed us to send large files easily and securely. It was really easy to use and lets us know when the message has been opened. We can also add watermarking, set an expiration date and add persistent protection. These features have been very useful and have helped us to manage our information better. It also allows for messages with large files to be sent to us securely, so it helps in that aspect as well. **What do you dislike about Virtru Secure Share?** One think we noticed was that if you used Persistent File Protection, your files would be converted to HTML.
