**What do you like best about ServiceFactor?**

In ServiceFactor, I am able to know what stocks are available so that I can send technicians accordingly. Over stocking is also prevented which is Another benefit in the long run since we are able to cut down the amount of money that we spend a lot on stock that is not selling.

**What do you dislike about ServiceFactor?**

Some of the options that relate to scheduling seem to be a little rigid. The formulation may take time when it is required to assign certain functions or areas for the work of technicians, for multifunctional work.

**What problems is ServiceFactor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have found ServiceFactor to be my saving grace in managing my field service business. The capability of having every customer detail, every job detail, and the stock details on board has made it easier in the way the business is run.

**What do you like best about ServiceFactor?**

Mobile access means that my team can view details of assigned jobs, update their status and also scan customer’s signatures wherever we are. It has enhanced our operations and communication, particularly concerning workers who are physically located in distinct zones.

**What do you dislike about ServiceFactor?**

Inventory management is also a weakness because when a part is used up during the process of a service, then one has to rush for the same leading to delays of services and angering clients.

**What problems is ServiceFactor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I must say that ServiceFactor has brought a significant change into our field service operations in regard to centralized scheduling dispatching. This is a work order management tool that organizes work order, technicians, and job progression all in one place.
