**What do you like best about Service Geeni?**

I use Service Geeni to manage and organize our business, which involves selling, hiring, and maintaining forklift trucks. The features like hire contracts, service contracts, job system, and stock system are all very useful. The system has sped up multiple processes and allowed us to manage our work more effectively. It has improved our reporting capabilities by providing better access to information. I find the website really easy to navigate, making it simple for new users to learn. What I like most is the ability to pull information out, which has massively reduced the time it takes to complete our financial accounts due to the processes being more automated. We've set up recurring downloads of data, ensuring users have up-to-date reports, which reduces the need for manual updates. I appreciate that Service Geeni routinely releases new updates, including new features or process refinements, keeping the product stable and working well for us. The initial setup was well thought out and planned, with a lot of help from Service Geeni to ensure correct data importation and understanding of the system.

**What do you dislike about Service Geeni?**

There's not much to dislike about service geeni. Their customer support desk is very helpful with any problems we have and take on any feedback we provide to them. The regular review meetings with our customer success manager also helps ensure the system is working as expected.

**What problems is Service Geeni solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Service Geeni speeds up multiple processes, improves reporting capabilities. It offers easy navigation and allows up-to-date reports, which integrates well with our workloads.

**What do you like best about Service Geeni?**

We use Service Geeni to streamline our work processes for engineers and customers alike. All of our planning is carried out within Service Geeni including various multi asset contracts.

**What do you dislike about Service Geeni?**

It has taken us some time to get used to using a SaaS product, and at times it can be difficult, especially because we are not able to enhance the system with bespoke requests.

**What problems is Service Geeni solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Service Geeni continually updates the system with bug fixes and improvements. We are F-Gas registered and needed to be able to quantify and report on F-Gas within Service Geeni, and they really pulled out all the stops to get this up and running.

David, our Account ManagerHead of Customer Success is extremeley knowledgable and helpful. We have worked with him for many years and feel very well support by him. If we encounter any issues or problems, he is always at hand to help esculate the issue to the correct person or department.

**What do you dislike about Service Geeni?**

The system doesn't always work the way we would like it to work, with the way our business works. We sometimes have to adapt the way we work, to fit into the way the system works.

**What problems is Service Geeni solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is important that we can manage all of our processes through one system, not through multiple systems, spreadsheets and paper records. Service Geeni allows us to do this.

I appreciate Service Geeni for its visibility and quick invoicing, which I find very efficient for processing service invoices. The switch to Service Geeni from our previous software was driven by its cloud-based functionality and more modern approach, which are significant advantages.

**What do you dislike about Service Geeni?**

I don't like that there's no function to email invoice reprints in bulk. The account on hold function isn't great; the stop button alone isn't enough. The initial setup was very poor. Customer service isn't good, and without a professional customer service manager, our system wouldn't run smoothly.

**What problems is Service Geeni solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Service Geeni supports all our queries on how to do things, enhances visibility, and makes service invoice processing very efficient.

Geeni gives everyone across the business clear visibility into operations, assets, and parts, which helps bring multiple teams together and stay aligned. Their ongoing customer service has also been excellent with regular reviews of open tickets and new features.

I’ve found their self-service reporting tools difficult to work with. While the data is available through their API, it would be much more helpful if the built-in reporting tools were easier to use and navigate.

I like that you monitor stock levels and keep a record of what parts you have.

I find there are too many steps required in certain processes. I.E raising a quote and turning it into a job, raising a part request in a job to be able to raise a PO.

It can handle most processes for an equipment service company.

No CRM, poor quotes modules, poor reporting

it handles equipment servicing and inventory I don't think it is providing much benefit and we had a long, difficult install.
