How much does Service Geeni cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Service Geeni pricing in 2026 starts at £40.00. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Key Computer Applications's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Service Geeni pricing best suited for?

Service Geeni's pricing structure suits small to mid-market field service businesses best. According to G2 reviewers, small businesses with up to 50 employees in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and facilities services find the Starter and Premium Plus tiers sufficient for job scheduling, invoicing, and asset tracking. Mid-market companies in machinery, manufacturing, and mechanical or industrial engineering gravitate toward Premium Plus and Enterprise, valuing hire contracts, service contracts, multi-company management, and API integrations. G2 reviews of Service Geeni indicate forklift, HVAC, and industrial equipment service operations get strong fit from the hire and F-Gas modules. Businesses needing deep CRM or highly customisable reporting may find Service Geeni's pricing less justified at any tier.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Service Geeni?

Service Geeni offers no free tier. According to G2's pricing data for Service Geeni, the entry point is the Starter plan at £40.00 per month, covering job management, asset management, engineer mobile app, electronic job forms, and out-of-the-box integrations. Service Geeni's Premium Plus tier adds service contracts, PPM, stock control, customer web portal, hire module, and multi-company management, with pricing available on request. Service Geeni's Enterprise tier layers on AI scheduling, SSO, F-Gas compliance, subcontractor portal, e-signatures, and bespoke API integrations. G2 reviewers specifically highlight F-Gas compliance and hire contracts as features that drove their tier selection, confirming meaningful functional gaps between tiers.

Is Service Geeni considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers give Service Geeni a mixed value verdict, with ratings ranging from 1.5 to 5.0 and an average around 3.9. Mid-market users in machinery and mechanical engineering report strong ROI, citing automation of timesheets, invoicing, and scheduling as tangible labour savings. Small businesses praise quick invoicing and operational visibility. Recurring concerns dent value perception: slow bug resolution, multi-step workflows, weak self-service reporting, and poor initial setup experiences appear across multiple reviews. No reviewer explicitly compares Service Geeni pricing against named alternatives. Overall, Service Geeni's pricing delivers solid value for field service operations with moderate complexity, but buyers with lean IT support or advanced reporting needs may find the return less compelling.

Response from Aimee Ward of Service Geeni

Thank you so much for the fantastic review! It's brilliant to hear that Service Geeni is saving the equivalent of 2–3 full-time clerks per week - that's a massive win, and exactly the kind of impact we love to hear about.

We're also really glad that the Disaster Recovery Plan has given you confidence and peace of mind. Thank you for your trust in us and for working so proactively with our team.

It's a pleasure to support your business.

"Streamlines Spare Ordering, Needs More Site Optimization"
3/5
What do you like best about Service Geeni?

I find ordering spares through Service Geeni to be a really easy process. I also like the look and feel of the dashboards. Having good-looking and easy-to-navigate dashboards makes it much easier for people to want to use the system. The spare ordering process is laid out well, and if the part number is available, the process can take just a couple of minutes to raise an order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Geeni?

First and foremost, it would be good for Service Geeni to be better suited for site use. My engineers find it annoying to raise breakdown tasks; if it was an easier process that took a minute, then data collection and KPI tracking would be more effective. The auto re-ordering function for spares doesn't work, even though the feature is there. I would also like specific tick sheets for specific tasks, like different conveyor services. Right now, all tick sheets show for every task, and the engineer has to click 'NA' if a tick sheet isn't needed, which isn't ideal. Lastly, the initial setup process came with issues, and any new manager tends to change things, leading to a system that took a while to iron out problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
