**What do you like best about Servers Alive?**

It provides fairly complex monitoring like for service uptime and SNMP traps for a very reasonable price.

**What do you dislike about Servers Alive?**

Having to restart the service for every change seems excessive, maybe have it just reread the config, like a HUP in Unix.

**Recommendations to others considering Servers Alive:**

I have used this at 3 Companies 2 over 5000 employees where the monitoring groups could not provide sufficient monitoring with some very expensive products.  It has saved the day and made my group have close to 100% uptime and proactive monitoring.  Needless to say some other groups had mud on their faces as a result.

**What problems is Servers Alive solving and how is that benefiting you?**
