It sort of scales with your experience with it. Anyone can log in here and see a ton of information useful in protecting yourself from fraudsters, but as well, useful in seeing what's happening in your business and with your customers. Extremely informative. Over time, the level of protection and control just increases. **What do you dislike about SEON?** It did take me a little time to get used to some of the logic - it's not perfectly intuitive (although it certainly makes sense once you work it out). Takes a little practice to get the hang of it. **Recommendations to others considering SEON:** Definitely worth investigating. Spend some time checking out the documentation and certainly talk to the team if you can. So what we like best at SEON is the powerful product, mixed with their driven and knowledgeable team, that makes them deliver on their promise: being a fraud-fighting family. **What do you dislike about SEON?** The main challenge for SEON, as they scale and become bigger, will be to not lose that unique touch of community management and the leveraging of true experts in the field, to be able to stay one step ahead of those seeking to abuse. **What problems is SEON solving and how is that benefiting you?** SEON helps objectifying fraud cases. Detecting advantage-play patterns is something we were doing internally, but in and of itself (when it does not represent a breach of the terms and conditions) it is not an issue. The issue only exists when fraudsters start doing it repetitively through organized ways of multi-accounting. SEON helped us link all those organized fraudsters. This not only allowed us to take measures against those that abused, but more importantly, meant we did not have to hinder the genuine ones in their preferred way of playing. With this feature I can receive a lot of information related a user's email address and registrations. We always got some new useful stuff we can be better at analysis. Email check is usually the first step I made when checking a suspicious payment and in most situations seon give me the answer. Beside email checking i would also recommend the IP and Tel number checks. **What do you dislike about SEON?** Back then we had more time before the site logs out automatically so we need to login almost every time i need to use again.
