What do you like best about SENET?

Our favorite thing about SENET is the team behind it. They have 24/7 customer support with helpful and kind staff. Their dev team is always open to suggestions and is always publishing new integrations and updates. This is a living software, not a dead one. Their team has brought us along their development, letting us test new APIs and other new integration. What do you dislike about SENET?

I don't dislike anything particular. Their services fit our needs well, but there are some small details and implementations that I would like SENET to have. What problems is SENET solving and how is that benefiting you?

SENET has solved a lot of our problems. We have a 100pc at our center and it is a must for us to be able to have an automatic system that ensures the security of our pc, as well as ease of operations by the users. With SENET, we have our E-Sports center running smoothly. With their API integrated into a custom website, customers can now registerer an account with their phones, saving a lot of time and manpower doing that on a busy Saturday night. What do you like best about SENET?

Its really very easy to use for administration and for customers, plus many options you dont find in any other software like online reservation/ friendly with creating offers for customers / loyalty program / shop / statistics for a lot of things such as daily and monthly report and shop ect... also the support team always online 24/24 and so friendly/helpful and looking always for improvements such as creating your ouwn local tournaments and mining feature really the best gaming center software comparing to others Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very innovative design for Brazilian standards, great tool for selling snacks, adds a lot when selling, the computer reservation tool is also very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SENET?

There is a lack of a direct printing tool on the client machine, there could be a tool to finalize a game that crashes directly on the server, and for Brazilian standards where it is not always possible to have all machines with the same configuration, the method of directing the game folder on the server complicates things a bit. "Great platform for esport arena"

What do you like best about SENET?

Senet from Enestech is great platform to use in our esport arena where we have a large number of computers and consoles. You need just 2-3 hours of training and youre able to use this program, its very easy. Software offers a lot of options you can use in any kind of business. Tech support is very helpful and responds very quickly to any potential problem. There are plenty things to like and get used to when using Senet's software. Firstly, the UI design and simplicity of installation/configuration which don't require you to be the most technical person to understand. Some or majority of software's portions are done in a such good way, that sometimes its a bit baffling to understand why it lacks some basic and obvious options. What do you like best about SENET?

I am a manager of a CyberCafe. I started to use Senet two years ago. I like this software.

+ Senet it is a cloud software. There is no risk that your server might break or turn off – all information saves in the cloud.

+ Senet is a simple software. With 2-3 hours of training, you will be able to use this program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SENET?

It's an interesting question, but I didn't find any bad things in this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SENET solving and how is that benefiting you?

+ Every customer in your CyberCafe must sign up and use their personal account. Your customer just adds money to their account and they can use their money at their discretion. I think this is a good feature.

+ You can control your employees. You only have to set up Senet once and add your CyberCafe Administrators with the appropriate permissions in the system.

+ If you have game consoles in your CyberCafe, you can use Senet and control all sessions. Your customers can log in and use their personal accounts.

What do you like best about SENET?

Sennet is a programme for cyber cafes or computer clubs with a modern user's experience, large number of functions and great customer support. You can easily reduce costs, simplify business processes, accelerate training of stuff and much more with Sennet !

We have been using Sennet for more than a year and we are pleased by the 24/7 technical support. There are no bugs or crashes noticed.
