Our favorite thing about SENET is the team behind it. They have 24/7 customer support with helpful and kind staff. Their dev team is always open to suggestions and is always publishing new integrations and updates. This is a living software, not a dead one. Their team has brought us along their development, letting us test new APIs and other new integration. I don't dislike anything particular. Their services fit our needs well, but there are some small details and implementations that I would like SENET to have.
