I can reach the technical team whenever we have issues and the service is great. The system is simple to use and the interface is something our clients like so much. Another thing really special about SENET and that I appreciate is their innovation and continuous improvement to meet our needs and the needs of our clients. The platform is really professional and protected for the users' benefit but can make it difficult for us to manage like passwords that can't be reset unless the client provides an email which makes it hard, especially that mostly kids don't have emails or can't access them.
