**What are your favorite features of Seferi?**
Since we started using Seferi, we can track our operations more comfortably. Managing incoming shipping requests, calculating costs, and preparing offers have become more practical for us. It's nice to see everything in one place. Also, having a responsive team and getting quick support when we encounter a problem is a significant advantage.
**What are the aspects of Seferi that you dislike or wish to see improved?**
There are some features still under development. Especially in terms of reporting and integration with other programs we use, there are shortcomings. However, we communicate our requests and see that they are being considered.
**What problems does Seferi solve for you and how does it benefit you?**
There are many details to track in shipping operations. We used to control tasks from different places, but now we manage them from a single screen.
