Ease of use and the constant functionality improvements being made. The Self-Serve Portal allows you to create a clear call to action for the whole business to use. We have fully integrated into our BAU processes and it is used every day by the Privacy Team and our Business Owners. The support we have had from the wider Securiti team has been phenomenal. **What do you dislike about Securiti?** I would love to have a Securiti community. **What problems is Securiti solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to implementing Securiti we had fragmented, inefficient processes for assessing privacy risk over multiple tech solutions. Cycle times to approval were not meeting business needs. Since integration we have seen an 80% drop in cycle times to approval. We have been able to implement a clear privacy risk position using underlying template scoring which means we have been consistent in our approach. The Self-Serve Portal creates a clear call to action that the business has fully embraced, which combined with an easier process flow and fast approval times means we have very happy business owners. ### 9. The classification results feed into our compliance & retention processes. And currently working w/ Securiti support to integrate in our data catalog. **What do you dislike about Securiti?** The workflow orchestration engine felt somewhat convoluted for our use case i.e., syncing table / column classification to the Alation data catalog. The visualizations are easy to understand. After initial setup, connecting systems is easy. The Secriti implementation team that we were assigned made sure that we resolved any issues that occurred during setup, and provided working sessions with our associates to educate and empower them to be proficient with the Securiti software. Everyone on the Securiti team that we interacted with was professional and knowledgeable. The data scanning is very configurable and does not cause any noticeable resource usage on the host systems (specifically for our SQL Server instances). I really can't talk enough about the support that the Securiti team invested in this project. Not only did they make sure that the solution was installed and working properly, but they also provided detailed training and use-case scenarios for some of the advanced features like workflows and assessments. This enabled us to extend the usage of the Securiti solution to users outside of the IT department. **What do you dislike about Securiti?** Some connections require a Java environment to be installed on the host. If you run systems that are dedicated to a single purpose (like running a DBMS) then installing JRE on these systems is an unwanted maintenance and security concern just to be able to connect to the Securiti service. We did find some minor UI issues, but our primary Securiti representative was able to submit change requests to their engineering department to get these issues corrected.
