**What do you like best about searchIT?**

It has a very simple interface and it is very easy to use. It has multiple functionalities essential to run a business at one place. It can be accessed through mobile and tablet devices so no need of accessing the laptops and desktops all the time. The provides lots of plugins.

**What do you dislike about searchIT?**

The pricing should be a little low. The emails and the ticketing system section should be improved. The support team is helpful but they lack in providing descriptive information.

**What problems is searchIT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a very secure and a very reliable platform. It has very easy options for customization. It also has some free templates. It is helping a lot in managing the the business functions at one place.
