What stands out most to me about Scribe is the ChatGPT connector. I can create a signature from a design reference, ask for changes in plain language, and manage our Scribe account without switching tools. It makes something that usually involves design work and technical back-and-forth much simpler.

As a premium wellness brand, I care about every detail of our customer experience. Our email signatures should reflect the same care as our website and packaging.

Scribe helps us maintain that consistency across the team, with updates managed centrally and no installation or manual changes required from teammates.

I also really value the conversion tracking. As an e-commerce brand, we want to understand which marketing activities generate revenue.

Scribe lets us track purchases and revenue generated by our signature banners, applying the same measurement approach we use for Meta ads. We can then send the Scribe conversion data to Meta to support retargeting campaigns.

Scribe treats AI agents as first-class users. There's an official MCP server listed in the MCP Registry, and it's on Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, so an assistant can create and manage signatures without someone clicking through an admin panel. The API reference is clear and the AI-agents guide explains exactly what an agent can do. I love the simplicity of using Scribe: once set up, it's 'setup and forget'. When we onboard new employees, their signature is automatically applied according to our standards, effortlessly.
