"Good solution for scanning"

What do you like best about ScannerVision?

Scanning is not a job that most people enjoy doing. We always look for an alternative method. ScannerVision is the alternative. Once the software have been set, with a single scan you can work with a file in a thousand ways: you can automatically archive it in a chosen folder, label it, send it by email, convert the scanned document into Word, Excel, PDF; You can even use the OCR function to detect text within a scan and edit it or select and copy it. What do you dislike about ScannerVision?

I have nothing to dislike about this software, it's very convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ScannerVision solving and how is that benefiting you?

This software can transform paper documents into searchable files and edit them. Think of all the times you need to edit a letter of which you only have a paper copy. With Scan to word it is possible to scan the letter and transform it into an editable word document, without the need to rewrite it from scratch. The same goes for Scan to Excel, the function that transforms a grid or a paper bank statement into an editable document using an OCR process. While normal scans transform a paper document into a non-searchable image, the Scan to PDF function allows you to turn the scanned file into a real PDF into which you can insert text. What do you like best about ScannerVision?

Multi language OCR, Zonal OCR , integrate with MyQ as a normal scan workflow gives it flexbility to expand the scope of MyQ, while the competitors has there own OCR engine scanner vision is very easy to setup and use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScannerVision?
