**What do you like best about peopleHum?**

I find peopleHum to be a user-friendly platform, which makes it easier to manage employees' goals, feedback, and reviews. The interface is intuitive, and I appreciate the responsive support team, especially during the appraisal cycle. They are always ready to assist whenever needed. The system also helps to streamline important HR processes like attendance management, leave tracking, and employee records, which centralizes multiple HR activities in a single system, making coordination easier across teams and locations. I also found the initial setup process to be very easy, largely due to the helpful support team.

**What do you dislike about peopleHum?**

Some modules and workflows in peopleHum do not align with our organization's process. There are areas in workflow configurations and timeline management options that could be enhanced.

**What problems is peopleHum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use peopleHum to streamline crucial HR processes like attendance management, leave tracking, and appraisal cycles. It centralizes multiple HR activities in one system, making team coordination across locations easier.

peopleHum not just another HR tool. it actually focuses on Hr Daily to daily task.
as Users i am using for click in and clock out . apply leave , clock in clock out time regulation . download salary slips.
i can see holiday notification . holiday calender. best feature is peopleHum send notification  when you forgot to mark clock in and clock out..

**What do you dislike about peopleHum?**

all over application is good. but one problem . many time it not save clock in and clock out time. Because  of location not fetched successfully.

best platform  for manage HR task and employee  activity like  attendance  regulations , apply leave , holiday notification .

**What do you like best about peopleHum?**

One of the best HR softwares we've used. The user interface is pretty simple and it's great to have all our employee data in one place. Their biometrics attendance is great. For a mid-size company like ours, we would totally recommend checking their HR software out. Especially if you are looking for leave management, PTO tracking, performance management. We pretty much use it everyday for managing employee attendance and to keep our teams engaged.

Their CS team is extremely helpful. They made the whole implementation, integration and onboarding process really easy for us.

**What do you dislike about peopleHum?**

Nothing so far. We've had a pretty smooth experience until now.

Primarily attendance tracking and to track the team's performance

peoplehum helps us streamline employee information in a very systematic way, it has helped us automate the most boring, routine parts of HR and has added productive hours to our day.

peopleHum is a very well built AI-enabled Human Capital Management Platform which enhances the employee experience as well as supports all your needs from an HR perspective. It's simple to use, robust, advanced AI-ML enabled analytics board gives you statistical representation all over the organization. The UI is very well presented and is absolutely hassle-free due to its pillar-like structuring which divides data and usage based on hiring, nurturing, engaging, managing employees. It's a breeze to use, and serves the purpose and utility on point. With remote working coming in to play, it stands ahead of all modern applications of Human Capital Management at this point in time. Not just being the Best HCM platform, it is a great value for money product across the globe in this domain.

Good Maintenance of Database and User-Friendly and the workforce is very user friendly. Here we can manage all our employees, timesheets, Invoices & much more. Since a year am using the tool.

Really nothing to complain about. It does what it says it does, the cost is very reasonable for what it offers and it is constantly developing features.

peopleHum has made our company's recruitment, time off, and benefit tracking so much easier! As we are expanding we hope to be able to utilize more features such as performance management and the huddle systems.

peopleHum is a one-stop for a majority of your organizational needs. Right from onboarding employees to helping leaders craft their growth journey peopleHum's analytics and automation have worked wonders for us.

The hierarchical representation of employee data is viewable to everyone in the organization which was a matter of concern but it was easily fixed from the back end settings.

The best problem solver is automation in the recruitment process we've dodged the process of manually parsing all the resume thus saving a lot of time

2. The support is really good at handling issues quickly
3. It is very well designed and organised platform
4. The resume parser worked really well
5. The data migration was very cheap and efficient

1. When someone in the firm is given recognition, a notification goes to everyone
2. They are rolling out an intra-company chat feature that is taking a little time.

I was having trouble hiring people on time. On starting to use peopleHum not only did I get an influx of a lot of resumes, the resume parser even helped select the very best talent really quickly.

peopleHum is easy to access and found it to be intuitive. Also, it is value for money.

User data in a chart format that can be misleading if moderation features are not added around it.

Use of Machine Learning Algorithms in Software which allows HCM software to do generate Analytics and interpret insights which company can benefit with planning and implementing strategies in company. This software has unique features to automate the recruitment process , encouraging employee engagement activities which establishes good work culture in the organization.

The problem of Recruting right talent for the position is solved using this software, as it automatically copies the data from resume with the use of this unique feature called resume parsing, also it has hiring funnel in which you can locate all the candidates and monitor each and every task so that entire hiring process goes smoothly, After the hiring process is done , it provides the insights with use of machine learning algorithms in which it interprets the analytics about the things which took time in hiring process, from which interview procedure the most and least candidates selected so that in the next hiring process you can modify or change the hiring process.

The best thing about peopleHum is that it is very convenient for every type of user. You get a feed page in peopleHum just like any other social media where you can see announcements that can help the whole organization to be updated about things. It also shows analytics which helps the organization to strategize plans and policies.

There are many roles that can be set with peopleHum which gives different access to different people in an organization.

We recently switched to peopleHum in our company for all the hiring, management, engagement, performance enhance related activities. Our overall experience has been quite satisfactory and good. The support provided by the peopleHum team for implementation and data migration on the software is commendable. The user experience is pretty good and is easy to use.

The platform has been made for keeping future and current-gen organizations in mind.

peopleHum is an end to end Human Capital Platform. It is a user-friendly platform, with one view across management, employees, and HR. 

Having everything in one place- ATS, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Core HRIS, Payroll, attendance management- has made management and daily tasks' execution very efficient.

**What do you dislike about peopleHum?**

Few terms used in the platform can be made easier to understand like NPS, Engagement Index.

**What problems is peopleHum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruitment- Resume Parsing, selection probability- can schedule for relevant applications first
Attendance- Easy clock-in and tracking
Performance Mgt- 360-degree Feedback: unbiased appraisal cycle, easy feedback submission, one-on-one
