**What do you like best about SapphireOne?**

What I like best is its comprehensive integration of different functions of businesses into one platform. You can customize it - allowing flexibility and adaptability to users with their needs.

**What do you dislike about SapphireOne?**

Since its comprehensive, users may require some time to familiarize themselves with uts functionalities

**What problems is SapphireOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the problems that SapphireOne is solving is streamlining the operations of businesses. By integrating different functions like accounting, payroll, it reduces the need to separate software solutions and manual data entry, saving time and minimizing errors

**What do you like best about SapphireOne?**

* Inventory Module is quite easy to work with.
* Importer functionality is quite detailed, requires some refinement.
* Sales to Purchase order (Back to back orders) is quite solid.
* Receipted PO's straight forward, shows total value of Ap invoice. Line value is only reflected on original order qty though.
* Can split PO's for multiple shipments.
* Custom reports are possible.
* has the ability (through customs fields) to hold & search for contract numbers.
* "Actions" functionality allow automated follow ups on orders, shipments etc.
* can store documents.
* PDF drop and drag can work.
* has potential to be a good system, with development

**What do you dislike about SapphireOne?**

* Customisations can be costly.
* Values on goods receipt reflect total original order value, not qty being receipted, which can be confusing when marrying up against AP invoice.
* When an order is over-supplied, the original qty adjusts up.
* Have had issues with GST either appearing on invoices when it shouldn't and conversely the other way.
* Setting up EDI has been more challenging and slower than expected; there are multiple parties involved, however.
* Process review, implementation etc are all done remotely by sapphireOne.
* Emailing orders to external partners isnt easy set up.

**What problems is SapphireOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

* automated pricing has created efficiencies.
* Default line notes on individual items or Clients & Vendors has been extremely helpful.
* Ability to store multiple customers SKU's against an item has helped when placing orders.
