"Practical, Human Sales Training with Occasional Process-Fit Gaps"
5/5
What do you like best about Sandler?

I liked that Sandler was widely recognized and easy to inquire with. It gave me a more formal sales process and a more organized approach at work, and the skills have affected both my work and personal life. I plan to use what I learned in my promotion interview. Suzette, my facilitator, was incredible—engaging, easy to talk to, and smart. She knew what she was doing. The workbooks help me build a process so I don’t freeze on calls when things come up, and there isn’t too much work outside the sessions, so the time each week feels worthwhile. I liked that the approach to selling felt very real, human, and attainable. The skills are tangible and useful in my everyday work, like getting deep to the pain, not doing free consulting, and getting a clear picture of whether a customer plans to move forward. What do you dislike about Sandler?

Everyone had a different sales process, so sometimes what they were talking about felt like it wouldn’t work for mine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear, Actionable Sales Frameworks with Strong Ongoing Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sandler?

It provides clear frameworks that are easy to apply immediately, especially in customer conversations, qualification, and coaching. This makes it much easier for sales leaders to turn concepts into consistent behaviors. I particularly value the combination of their broad offering with continuous support and active follow-up with us to make sure we get most out of our chosen program. They are very advanced in supporting learning with great quality technical solutions like AI role plays, complimentary webinars on top the program etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sandler?

Sandler’s methodologies and terminology are somewhat unique. While valuable, it could be beneficial, especially for participants new to Sandler or in shorter programs to occasionally reflect these alongside more widely known frameworks, such as the GROW model in coaching, to support faster adoption. One area where Sandler could be further strengthened is in tailoring the content even more to company-specific business contexts and examples. While the frameworks are very strong, linking them more directly to our real customer situations could increase relevance and impact further. But I just learnt too late, that they are actually open for tailoring programs too, I thougth it is off-the-shelf options only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sunshine Levin of Sandler

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Sandler. We are glad to hear that our clear frameworks and ongoing support have been valuable to you in customer conversations and coaching. We appreciate your feedback on the unique terminology and the suggestion for tailoring content to specific business contexts. We are open to tailoring programs and will take your feedback into consideration for future improvements.

"A strategic partner, not just a training provider"
5/5
What do you like best about Sandler?

What I like most is the team: They're honest, professional, and always willing to figure things out with us, whether that's logistics or bigger strategic problems. Their processes are organized and transparent, and they solve for long-term efficiency instead of quick fixes. They're committed to great outcomes and it shows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sandler?

Honestly, nothing really comes to mind. Over the past two years I've had only positive experiences with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Consultative, No-Pressure Conversations That Put Customers First"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sandler?

The consultative, no-pressure conversation style designed around giving space for customer to talk rather than be talked at by sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sandler?

I see sales reps adopt less Sandler style conversations during month and quarter end moments when internal pressure is to close the deal. Giving more guidelines on how to manage that internal time pressure while remaining consultative with customers would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sunshine Levin of Sandler

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Sandler's consultative approach. We appreciate your feedback about the need for more guidance on managing internal time pressure while maintaining a consultative style. We will definitely take this into consideration as we continue to improve our techniques and training.

"Exceptional Training for Account Management Success"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sandler?

I really value our use of Sandler for training on account renewal and growth, tailored specifically by exceptional partners like Donna Cecchini, Sunshine Levin, Jon de Young, and Angela Malatesta. They help us tailor general sales content to our specific needs, and they're always willing to try new things. Our success is thanks to their efforts. I appreciate the training on upfront contracts, pain funnel, pre-call planning, and DISC, which makes all client interactions purposeful, consultative, and strategic. The AI roleplays in Yoodli, which we customized for our internal use, are especially appreciated, with powerful backend analytics that target who needs reinforcement. I recommend this tool to every learning department because employees love having a safe place to practice and hone skills relevant to their needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sandler?

Some of the content can be too basic for experienced audiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sunshine Levin of Sandler

We're thrilled to hear that you value our training and the tailored content provided by our exceptional partners. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve and meet the needs of experienced audiences.

"Empowers Sales Teams with Effective Methodologies"
5/5
What do you like best about Sandler?

I like the workshops and hands-on training. Sandler is helping us build a better sales process that is repeatable and scalable for the long term, which is incredibly valuable. Sandler has provided the behaviors, attitudes, and techniques we need for building that system. I would say the methodologies stand out because everything starts with mindset and attitude. I'm currently at the Sandler Summit and find it to be a very good use of my time to learn more about the techniques and behaviors that Sandler experts use. I'm also excited about using the new AI lead tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sandler?

I think it would be beneficial to be in a cohort with other people who are selling B2B services so that we can learn from each other because we are targeting similar audiences. So it would be good to share more stories with people who are looking for the same type of buyer, maybe not the exact same type of buyer, but just more B2B services as opposed to a hodgepodge of different types of things being sold. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sunshine Levin of Sandler

We're glad to hear that you are finding value in our workshops and hands-on training, as well as the Sandler Summit. We appreciate your feedback about the potential for a cohort with other B2B sellers and will take that into consideration for future offerings. Thank you for sharing how Sandler is helping you build a better sales process.

"Sandler - A Vital Tool for Sales Success"
5/5
What do you like best about Sandler?

What I like most about Sandler is that it gives sellers multiple ways to connect with buyers in a meaningful way and uncover the real challenges and obstacles they’re dealing with. My main takeaway is that sellers need to ask the right questions—questions that bring out not just the buyer’s surface-level pain, but also why that pain continues and, most importantly, the emotional and business impact of leaving it unresolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sandler?

I’d like to see Sandler develop more robust materials for participants to use throughout the program, such as workbooks, job aids, and similar resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sunshine Levin of Sandler

It's great to hear that Sandler's methodology has helped solve the fundamental problem of the buyer-seller dynamic. We are committed to providing a predictable framework for communication and creating more authentic, professional relationships for our participants.

"Sandler Feels Like a True Partner: Transparent, Tailored, and Results-Driven"
5/5
What do you like best about Sandler?

Sandler operates as a true partner, not just a training vendor. They are transparent, direct, and genuinely invested in our success. From the beginning, they took the time to understand our business model which acquires and scales SaaS companies. They tailored their approach to fit our needs rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all program.

Their team consistently delivers practical, actionable guidance that drives real results. They hold our leaders accountable, provide candid feedback, and stay engaged beyond the initial rollout to ensure adoption and impact. That combination of trust, transparency, and measurable outcomes is what sets them apart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sandler?

Honestly, there isn’t anything I dislike about working with Sandler. In any large-scale initiative, especially one spanning 100+ business units, there are always moments where friction could occur. What stands out is how proactively their team addresses those situations.

Any time we identified an area that needed adjustment, they leaned in, listened, and worked collaboratively with us to revise the process, workflow, or desired outcome. They don’t get defensive, they focus on improvement and results. That responsiveness and flexibility has made the partnership smooth and highly effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sunshine Levin of Sandler

We appreciate your thoughtful recommendations for others considering Sandler. It's great to hear that aligning leadership, tailoring the rollout, and reinforcing the methodology have been key factors in accelerating sales effectiveness for your organization. Thank you for recognizing the value of our tailored approach for different experience levels and learning styles within your sales organization.

"Our Secret Weapon for Closing Deals Faster"
5/5
What do you like best about Sandler?

I see great value in Sandler for improving the ability of go-to-market field teams to set really clear agendas and upfront contracts. This leads to an increase in booking next steps after calls and the ideal state of shortened sales cycle, which is a huge plus. I also find Sandler's expertise and deliverables particularly valuable. We had a really great training experience, and it was incredibly beneficial to have all our field teams participating in person for Sandler training. I appreciate the psychology behind the sales methodology that helps in simplifying the human-to-human connection in sales. Plus, I'm really excited to start our reinforcement year. Their approach and guidance are reasons why we engaged with them, and Mark Foley, our sales rep, was a big part of our decision. It's immensely beneficial in getting back to basics, and I wouldn't change anything about their services or approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Consultative Sales Training Made Easy with Sandler"
4/5
What do you like best about Sandler?

I really like how Sandler provides a clear structure for sales managers, which formalizes their thinking and emphasizes accountability. Their methodologies like the thirty second commercial, upfront contract, and pain funnelling offer brilliant and logical ways to understand Clients businesses and needs better. I find their LMS tool support extremely valuable as it helps address topics where someone might be struggling by providing online resources and modules to check learn online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sandler?

I think I would have loved the approach to have been more tailored to our business. Some of the training, some of the examples I saw were not relevant for us. As an example, there's quite a big piece on budget. Budget isn't relevant for us because we draw down from the apprenticeship levy. So I would have just preferred for it to have been a little more tailored to our business, and be more bespoke rather than just lift and shift, previous content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sunshine Levin of Sandler

We're glad to hear that you find our sales training structure and methodologies valuable for understanding clients' needs and improving sales processes.
