It has been valuable to me to see if our drivers are going to encounter any weather or road issues that may impact their day. I like how accurate the GPS and cameras seem to be. The log book portion has been very easy for the drivers to pick up as well. Weather allows us to see what our team may encounter, and if it will affect their travel. It's also nice to be able to see other companies that are in that area of weather, to see how bad it may or may not be. GPS has been a huge asset, as we can see where a specific truck is for timing and help direct them back if they take a wrong road. The cameras have been critical for accidents/incidents, providing more details and helping with accurate reporting. The log books have been easy and straightforward, providing benefits at scales as ELDs ensure there's a very slight chance the driver is in violation. The initial setup experience of Samsara was very easy and smooth, and I have been happy with it. **What do you dislike about Samsara?** There is a connectivity issue for cell range service, especially because we work a lot in areas with poor service. It would be nice if there were solutions leveraging existing technology to overcome signal loss. I've also had a slight issue with support lately. After calling for help, sometimes follow-ups come via email in the middle of the night, which is not helpful. We are in a service business delivering a product to our customers. Although our drivers call the customer to tell them they are on the way, sometimes they run into traffic or construction and don't have access to their phone immediately as they are driving large tractor trailers. We were a bit concerned about some of less tech-savvy drivers making the switch from our old wired-in ELD device to using an app, but ramp up was painless!
