What do you like best about Samsara?

We use Samsara for ELD and dash cam. Samsara as a complete package is easy to use and packed with functunality. The latest version of the dash cams are crystal clear and are very easy to pull footage. Support and sales are top notch, never a complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only good thing is location map - constantly updated - though other companies offer that too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsara?

They are too big to care about you and your company or your fleet. They are greedy - even though you may have been a loyal customer for years - they don't care - they will force you to sign up for ANOTHER 3 years on contract - and woe betide you if you try to get out of it early. you will PAY the whole rest of the contract term. Disgusting unnecessary treatment of paying customers. If you have a problem or question that doesn't directly involve giving them more money - then you will wait weeks for an answer. They don't communicate to each other - so no-one is updated about anything and you will repeat yourself many times over to different people. They are also very expensive on top of all those previous faults - so don't do it! Go somewhere where you are treated like a customer and not a nuisance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
