Sample Master LIMS Reviews & Product Details

The sample schedule and Task Manager save our laboratory a lot of time. The master query allow for easy data access for Operational and Engineering Staff of our facility in case there is a brake down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The backlog report, don't provide a lot of information. In terms of determining in real time which specific samples had tests that were pending I had to create a custom report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think it’s great that it can pull information from a couple years ago, depending how long you had the system. All the info is in one place; whether it’s the testing, customers, results. Very convenient to find it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that sometimes it’s slow or it stalls whenever too many people are on it or someone is pulling a lot of information from it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very convenient for me to upload my data to one place by using Sample Master. It is extremely user friendly making it simple to begin using, and the fact that you can do everything in one program makes it easy to continue using. Sample Master's ability to combine calculations in the program is also a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I dislike is that this is not a widely-used software from lab to lab. If in the future I transfer to another lab that does not use Sample Master, I will have to re-learn another software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
