What I love best about Salsify is the time savings it provides. Updating the catalog is extremely fast and easy with the way imports are set up. Furthermore, they have made mapping easier than ever with their AI assistant, Angie. This has allowed me to be self sufficient in managing our catalog and rarely do I need to reach out to customer support. But when I do, their support is always fast to respond and very helpful. I would hardly consider this a downside but a topic of importance is that all teammates need to be fully aligned to keep the catalog up to date or attributes can become inaccurate, if not closely maintained. Salsify is the backbone of our business. Maintaining all of our product data, and making it easy to syndicate to our customers. The AI intelligence suite has also been a game changer for us in developing copy and SEO/AEO optimized keywords. Anytime we have questions, our account manager and other Salsify Support members are always there to help, but overall the system is very intuitive and we're mostly able to troubleshoot on our own. Salsify is very user-friendly while having a robust system to manage our product data. The majority of our Marketing Team contributes to the success of the platform, providing us with "one source of truth." Our account managers are very engaged and helpful. I find Salsify PXM really intuitive because of its ease of use. The product imports, bulk editing, channel exports, and custom labs features are particularly valuable to me.
