What I like most about Salesforce Platform is the flexibility to customize the platform according to our needs. The interface is intuitive and the reports are very comprehensive. I also greatly appreciate the AppExchange application ecosystem and the ability to integrate with other tools easily. The automation with workflows is very powerful and saves us a lot of time. The dashboards are excellent for visualizing metrics in real time. And the support from the Salesforce community is very active and helpful when we have questions.

I find Salesforce Platform very user-friendly, even though it has a learning curve. The workflows built into it are very mature and relevant for any kind of organization. I really appreciate its versatility in integrating with various other systems, which allows for seamless data sharing. The cloud capability and scalability are standout features that support efficient collaboration. Using it in conjunction with ServiceNow allows automatic ticket creation, which significantly helps our business operations. Additionally, the support from sales is very good.

Not many. Just the cost of implementing for mid-level organizations and the cost mainly of further development, the customization. And then the learning curve for non-technical teams. So those are just a couple of things which might stop a mid-level business going into it.

I really like how efficient and effective Salesforce Platform is. It's also quite cost-effective with different plans that are easy to understand, even for beginners. The trial is great for getting familiar with it, and it’s easy to track and navigate. It's a really great platform for keeping track of customer relationship management, with helpful tips and useful information that support day-to-day work. It's a really effective tool for lead generation and productivity, ensuring that you can keep track of lists when dealing with many companies. It's great for maintaining organization levels that benefit the business and the clients I'm dealing with.

What could really be improved is the way there's so much clutter at times. It feels like you open one tab of, let's say, an organization or a company, and it opens several other tabs even if you're just dealing with one individual or prospect on your list. It can create a bit of confusion and a lot of clutter when you're just trying to keep it quite minimal. Less is more, so the unnecessary way it opens several tabs when you just want to deal with one specific task can be improved. I wish I could just complete one task, close that tab, and then open a new one with a new responsibility or task.

I like that Salesforce Platform is fairly easy to use for creating simple emails, which is helpful for someone like me who isn't advanced in HTML. It's also easy to add lists for sending emails. The platform has a decent interface for organizing emails, and I appreciate that it provides a lot of analytics and data, which is important for my organization. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy, especially with help from an outside vendor, and we were able to start deploying emails a month early because everything went so well.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?**

It's extremely hard to search for anything in Salesforce. It's almost impossible to copy content from one email to another. Its functionality for dynamic content is extremely wonky. The biggest negative is just the incredible difficulty of searching inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Also, the interface has not been updated in a long time, and it's hard to use. The type is very small and it only limits test emails to five recipients.

I feel that I'm pretty adept with technology and I found that the Sales Platform was initially a bit confusing. The process of filling out information and documents took me awhile to adjust to. I enjoyed the communication aspect and being able to find professionals in my field to ask questions and also get technical help if needed. With daily access to Salesforce, I never did have any connection issues and it was very reliable. Once that happened it became easier to implement.

I think that the most difficult part of working with Salesforce Platform was the awkwardness for the new user. There were other apps that work in conjunction with Salesforce (ie., payment enrollment and training videos) that were not easy to implement until I became more familiar with the system.

There seems to be growth in the platform (ie., easier app consolidation, and finding your way around seamlessly). Also, Salesforce is now free, from what I understand. I think it will become a powerful asset for companies that have teams working online and collaborating.

Moreover, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WhatsApp blasts and emailers can be sent to a specific cohort of customers.

You can’t create more than five buckets while analyzing data. Also, many of the flexibilities you get when analyzing data in Excel, especially with PivotTables—can’t be done as effectively in Salesforce due to its limitations, such as not being able to group two rows or two columns the way you can in Excel.

What I like about the Salesforce platform is how much you can accomplish using its out-of-the box features while still having the flexibility to customize when needed. After 2-3 years of working with it, I really appreciates how well everything integrates, from automation with Flows to custom development. The platform scales easily as business needs grow, as the regular updates and strong community and customer support make it even more powerful and reliable to work with.

Some features are a bit complex at first and there is a learing curve, speacially for advance customization. However once you get familiar with the platoform, that complexity actually turns into strength.

I find the embeddable forms in Salesforce Platform to be really useful. They can be placed on any webpage, and custom forms can be created for specific digital campaign landing pages. This helps us generate relevant leads to meet enrollment numbers by collecting necessary information from prospective students and following up with them. Salesforce allows us to customize and use as many or as few form fields as needed to gather the information required and build a record for follow-up.

The backend databases and related systems are nearly impossible for anyone without several years of Salesforce experience to use intuitively. The CSS-related systems needed for public websites were not easily customizable and gave an antiquated appearance and were not ADA compliant. Implementation was overly complicated for higher-ed admission and required at least a year to implement. Upgrades took longer than they should have.

It's very complex and not intuitive. It feels overwhelming with the number of tabs available.

This helps me quickly see what are the common calls about a specific feature in our software.

Performance can also become inconsistent, and many issues are platform-driven rather than configuration-driven, which limits how much control support or admin teams actually have. On top of that, licensing and feature dependencies can feel restrictive relative to cost.

For example, if I want to click on an opportunity, I can do it right from the top or from within the document I'm already using. I appreciate that I can update a lead with just two clicks, which is a real time-saver. It's also really easy to integrate with HubSpot and other systems, which has made the setup smooth and convenient for our team.

I like how Outlook is linked with Salesforce for calendar purposes, so everyone can see each other's schedules, making meeting scheduling easy. It's also nice that when brokers enter deals into the pipeline, the associated address pops up if it's already in Buildout.

I like the structure of Salesforce Platform, especially with the APIs, as it makes it pretty simple to get information out of the system. It also helps us streamline data, so we are not continuously manually entering data between different systems.

I don't think Salesforce is for everybody. They're starting to broaden out who they're working with, but at the same time, some new features that Salesforce Platform has doesn't really have it within some of their partners that have built their products on top of it. The configuration was pretty complex, but I think that had to do with the fact that it was with Delphi and not just the base platform itself.

Salesforce is not just a CRM platform anymore, as I have been using it for more than a year now at PalEnable solutions. We run our sales team and service team through it and it had provided such quality in handling  the data, provided actionable insights and satisfied all level of teams that required their customized 360 degree view. 

Working as the implementor and the core team that customised the platform to make it suit for our business, it was relatively easy and the challenges that we faced, we could resolve it through the documentation and with help of the cutomer support team. 

We also integrated it with Slack and Workato, to ingest data and create a complete ecosystem to communicate within our team and perform tasks easily.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?**

One aspect I dislike about Salesforce is its payment structure. The recurring fees, additional charges for extra storage, and the need to purchase various licenses make the whole process unnecessarily complicated. 

Another issue is that, for non-technical employees who use the platform, it can be quite challenging to learn. Even simple tasks sometimes appear overly complex, making it difficult for them to adapt.

So we have multiple sites that ingests different types of data from our client customers. So this all can be easily worked upon on salesforce and we dont need to be handling the things as the middlemen. Hence making the process faster and reliable with requiring least amount of maintaining.

It reduces using multiple other tools to check the same data again and again by reducing time and increases the productivity for agents who support the clients.

The customer support is always there to help us in terms of any issue that arises and they are available round the clock (24/7).

Been using Salesforce Platform more than 4 years now, and its pretty easy to use and integrate with other tools as well. So my frequency of use is literally everyday and we use this application or software to handle our cases and clients.

**What do you like best about Agentforce 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?**

Extremely versatile software that can be leveraged for just about any business need. While I worked at Funnel Leasing, we initially used Salesforce for our support queue. It worked well, we were able to set up filters to get certain cases to certain teams and then we were able to pull reporting that actually helped us a great deal with resource allocation and training opportunities. As the organization continued to evolve, so did its use of Salesforce. Eventually, the Sales team started using it to track their deals, chart when renewals were coming up, and deposit customer information/contracts/important account information. We started sending our contracts from Salesforce directly. Eventually, even Implementation Managers started managing their work on Salesforce, the entire project management process was handled in CloudCoach (one of the add-ons). Daily usage for most of our teams. It wasn't necessarily "easy" to implement because we put Salesforce in place for our Support Queue initially and only the support queue but as our understanding of the software evolved, so did the product which was very very cool. It integrated with our existing systems and became the dominant software at the company. Salesforce also has a wonderful learning platform called Trailhead where users can learn about features and setup. Trailhead also offers users a sandbox environment to try things without affecting your company's real set up.

The versatility can also be a weakness. It can be difficult to derive the full value of Salesforce without hiring a consultant to oversee the set up. Salesforce offers certifications, so, finding someone who is qualified to oversee the implementation process isn't difficult but it is another person to pay and depending on the maturity of your business, that could be someone who remains on staff for the foreseeable future. With so many capabilities, it is easy to set the software up "wrong" and by that I mean, in a way that doesn't suit your business.

Salesforce provided us with a place to queue our support requests and route them to specific teams. It provided us with valuable insights into how our support team was working and issue trends that were previously unknown to us. It provides a place for sales to be tracked and contracts to be sent. It allows our project managers to map out their various implementations and update the organization about the progress.

What we like about the platform that it has everything in one place, it's like a one stop one shop place. It also perfectly integrates with every other tool that we use, making it a crucial hub for a long list of our processes.

Because the platform has so much to offer, for people that haven't worked with it before it can be daunting at first. It's very granular and at the beginning it can seem difficult to remember where to find certain things or what the correct workflow is. It takes some time to get familiar with the platform. But I'd say that investment is totally worth it, after some time it becomes very easy to use and navigate through.

It acts as our main hub. It has all the information about our customers, from start to signature, to being  a live customer. On the other side it also provides us with all the information we have on our prospective customers. What we like is that we have so much data and Salesforce helps us to store that date in a structured way, and makes it easy to keep expanding on that data. It also works perfectly within our tech stack ecosystem, where it's our main tool. Without a comprehensive CRM tool such as Salesforce it would be hard to keep track of everything and we'd most likely lose overview and momentum.
