What do you like best about SalesDesk?

I like how SalesDesk helps me manage and segregate leads from various sources, simplifying my task and building a strong sales pipeline. The automation feature is really helpful, especially in updating the status of leads based on activities, and it adds follow-ups and reminders to ensure timely engagement with leads. What do you dislike about SalesDesk?
