**What do you like best about Saia?**

I really like the hands-on of the representative in my area.

**What do you dislike about Saia?**

Saia's guarantee fee is high compared to my other carriers.

**Recommendations to others considering Saia:**

Look at where the bulk of your shipments will be going.  Also have an in-person meeting to discuss what you need with your representative and your expectations of Saia.

**What problems is Saia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saia has a great transit time when compared to cost.
