**What do you like best about RYCOR?**

Rycor is excellent and keeping real-time data regarding account balances, setting up individual fees and showing histories of those fees.

**What do you dislike about RYCOR?**

Rycor is not exactly user friendly. It also won't compile reports based on what I need. I keep track of changes on many different accounts, and I have to copy and paste the data into a Google worksheet then delete and sort the columns according to the particular needs. It's very time-consuming and it is done at least once per day, so when I'm tracking 20+ fee accounts every day, it is really cumbersome. In addition, the terminology used within the system doesn't always mean what the average person would assume it means. This creates problems of making incorrect entries then having to figure out how to make them right. I believe it is useful, but I also see room for improvement. What I've listed is the primary issue I have with it, but there are others.

**What problems is RYCOR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking over 1600 student and staff accounts, the fees on those accounts and recording payments is useful in real-time. It will allow for sending mass emails, but setting them up is a bit confusing. Allowing online payments from the account holders is also helpful and my being able to pull a daily report of changes to any accounts (or whatever time frame you desire) is very helpful so I'm not having to track accounts daily that haven't had any activity.
