Runrun.it Reviews & Product Details

What stands out most is the simplicity and ease of use. It’s consistently ranked by users on G2 as one of the easiest project/work management tools to adopt, and that reputation feels well-earned. You can get a team up and running quickly, without a steep learning curve or an endless setup process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The mobile experience is noticeably weaker, deeper customization options feel limited, notification volume can be a bit much, and the free plan’s limitations become noticeable pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Runrun.it brings a lot of convenience in organizing corporate tasks due to its variety of functions. With this, it becomes much easier to describe an activity and assign it to someone on the team, in addition to providing a comments section that GREATLY facilitates day-to-day communication and marketing for adjustments and more. Furthermore, I believe it is a platform that is well implemented in organizations, considering that I use it daily to facilitate the organization of my activities. I believe that sometimes there are many features that are not practical or visible in Runrun.it. In this sense, I sometimes end up getting confused regarding the filters and features that the platform offers. Sometimes I believe it is a bit difficult to convey the knowledge and features of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the visual organization of tasks and the possibility of clear prioritization by colors and deadlines. This greatly facilitates tracking what is in progress and what is more urgent. Additionally, the productivity reports and time tracking per task greatly assist in team management and performance analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One limitation I notice is that the interface can be a bit rigid, especially for more customized workflows. In some cases, there is a lack of greater flexibility in creating dashboards or custom fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows teams that work together and need to deliver to each other to make task requests in a highly organized manner, always following a predefined standard.

This organization provided by it, along with the ease of use, allows teams to work well together, have the necessary information, and alignment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently, I use the Kanban format a lot to visualize the status of tasks I request from other teams. It might not be what I like the least, but at times I have problems with the filters.

At times when I need to apply filters to view only the status of tasks from my team, the filter has a bug. And because of this, it doesn't correctly load only the tasks from my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Runrun.it stands out as a robust and intuitive tool for project management, bringing organization, transparency, and standardization to workflow processes. Its interface facilitates task tracking and communication between departments and teams (e.g., environmental and geotechnical), promoting greater efficiency and predictability in deliveries. Additionally, the traceability of activities and the generation of reports assist in strategic decision-making, optimizing time and resource management. The possibility of customization through predefined forms also adds value to the process, ensuring alignment between teams and compliance with company standards. Runrun.it has introduced a new dynamic to project management, transforming the way we track and distribute activities. With its implementation, we retired spreadsheet-based management and adopted a more structured and automated workflow. Naturally, every change requires adaptation, and some processes underwent adjustments to better fit the new methodology. However, the constant evolution of the tool allows for continuous improvements, ensuring that it is increasingly aligned with the company's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If there is a site that turns problems into exciting challenges, it's this one! Whenever a ticket arrives, I feel like I'm about to embark on an epic mission worthy of a true problem solver. The interface is practical, the tickets arrive organized, and there's still that touch of mystery: will I be the lucky one this time? 😆

Solving tickets here is not just a job, it's almost a game! I recommend it for those who like challenges, adrenaline, and the thrill of being chosen. 5 stars with praise! 🌟🚀 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The site is very good, the tickets arrive well-organized, and the feeling of being selected gives you butterflies in your stomach! But I confess... there are those tickets that seem to have been written in Egyptian riddles! 😂 Sometimes, the client just sends a "doesn't work" and disappears, leaving me in the dark, trying to guess what happened. What I like most about RunRun.it is its intuitive interface and the way it organizes tasks and projects efficiently, with time tracking and detailed reports. This greatly aids in team management and productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like least is that some more advanced features, such as specific integrations and customizations, may be limited or require a more expensive plan. Additionally, for those not accustomed to management tools, the learning curve can be a bit challenging at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Runrun.it is the predictability it provides. I start and end the day already knowing exactly what needs to be done, which allows me to organize my tasks in the best possible way. Additionally, I can schedule various activities in advance, ensuring that no deadline is missed. It's like having my brain outside my head, recording everything for me. This not only saves time and reduces anxiety, but also allows me to focus on other demands without having to waste time looking for what I should do next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wouldn't say it's less useful or a disadvantage, but I do have a point for improvement. Being able to select multiple tasks to change the date, without having to enter them one by one, just like with subtasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am really enjoying using Runrun.it to organize my day-to-day with the team's tasks, in addition to having greater transparency among all team members about their demands and their progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I haven't liked so much are the features of not being able to delete some columns that were created with the intention of being marked as delivered, and I need to keep them minimized so as not to disrupt the board's flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Runrun.it is awesome for organizing tasks and tracking projects without the hassle! The interface is super intuitive, it has built-in time tracking, and even generates automatic reports. You can automate processes, integrate with other tools, and make teamwork way easier. Perfect for anyone who wants to be more productive without overcomplicating things! The Kanban in Runrun.it and the process boards could have a clearer visualization and fewer editing options because, as it is now, it can be confusing for the average user to understand how it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
