When I looked up data recovery software, there is so much garbage out there. This actually worked and I was able to recover really important video files within 5 minutes of downloading the software. **What do you dislike about RTT Software?** It's a bit clunky and non-intuitive. A lot can be done to demystify complex language and terms that the "every person" may not understand but there are user manuals and it's worth figuring out. **What problems is RTT Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Like I said, it recovered video files. ### 2. They took my money, sold me the software and then disabled it because they say I'm a business. Ok, fine whatever, I want my money back - nope, they will not refund my money. I filed a BBB complaint and I'm leaving negative reviews wherever I possibly can. They're keeping my money for software they won't let me use unless I pay them more money. That's extortion and that's theft.
