It can be very challenging keeping an accurate log of unit costs, and RS means give a more general understanding of these unit costs, location multipliers, etc. for knowledge gaps. **What do you dislike about RSMeans Data Online?** I wish at times that we could know the source of their data compiling, that way we could know for sure how accurate it is, especially for our location. **Recommendations to others considering RSMeans Data Online:** Definitely consider RSMeans as a tool for data that is updated, at the very least, once a year - which is more frequent than at my own company, personally. **What problems is RSMeans Data Online solving and how is that benefiting you?** Knowledge gaps and scope gaps, especially for trades that are used less frequently so unit costing is not recently upheld internally at my company. ### 2.
