"Effortless Proposal Management and Outstanding Support"

What do you like best about RQ Platform?

I love the clean design for the RQ Platform. I found it very easy to use, at an affordable rate and their customer service was amazing! They're on it. I had Grace as my account manager and she was very friendly, always willing to help and able to make suggestions that were helpful to me. It was our very first time using this platform and I was a bit nervous however it went better than I could have ever expected. I used the platform for a call for proposals for my conference and we had more then double the responses we usually get and I was able to sort through the proposals and assign them with ease and grace! What do you dislike about RQ Platform?

There was a few people who submitted two proposals on different topics. So one of them was accepted and the other one was rejected but for some reason multiple people thought both of there's was accepted. Something we need to look into more for next year Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RQ Platform?

What do you dislike about RQ Platform?

I wish that all licenses could be reviewed through a central place, rather than having no overlap at all. Our programs are all part of a larger umbrella, but the site doesn't reflect that at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RQ Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

RQ Platform is solving the problem of disjointed, manual processes in managing applications, reviews, and communications for grants and award programs. By centralizing everything into one intuitive system, it has eliminated the need for scattered emails, spreadsheets, and manual tracking. This has made it much easier to manage complex workflows, monitor applicant progress, and coordinate with reviewers in real time. As a result, our team has been able to operate more efficiently, reduce administrative overhead, and provide a more professional and streamlined experience for applicants and reviewers alike. What do you like best about RQ Platform?

The RQ Platform has significantly streamlined our scholarship and grant programs. It’s easy to use, highly customizable, and has saved us substantial time and resources. The platform allows us to manage everything—from application intake to review and follow-up—in one place, which has improved both our internal workflows and the experience for applicants. What do you dislike about RQ Platform?

There have been occasional system bugs, particularly related to page load speeds. At one point, we had to redesign our welcome page to avoid lag and ensure smooth navigation for users. That said, the RhythmQ team was very responsive and worked with us to address these issues, and we’ve seen improvements since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RQ Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before RQ Platform, our scholarship and grant processes were time-consuming and labor-intensive. We relied heavily on manual tracking, email chains, and piecemeal systems that made it hard to stay organized and created unnecessary administrative burden.

RQ Platform has solved those issues by centralizing everything in one place—from application intake and reviewer assignments to scoring, award notifications, and follow-up. It’s helped us streamline workflows, reduce errors, and ensure a consistent experience for applicants and reviewers alike.

What do you like best about RQ Platform?
