What do you dislike?
It does not produce the reports that were promised and we can not resolve that issue working with their support staff. They had promised that the software would also schedule properly. Even with their support configuring the scheduling does not work well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask for an experienced project manager if there is one. We went through 4 or 5 project managers during the implementation and never really got everything we were promised. The paratransit and fixed route modules are really separate and work differently, reports are so ,so, if you need anything specific like a STOA report forget it, they will promise but never deliver. The company seems to keep switching staff roles and realigning their departments, it is a very young company with staff seeming to leave within a short period of time. We wanted to schedule rides electronically so that consumers would be picked up and delivered on time. Also generating the reports needed for billing and funders. Only partial of these business problems were resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
