**What do you like best about RootDesk?**

Best features of RootDesk are timesheet , Performance, Attendance , Team Collaboration , Tracking Employees time , Ticket assigning , Customer support , Bug Tracker Awards , IT helpdesk , Invoice,  On field Agents
By RootDesk users can achieve maximum productivity with minimum wasted effort or expense.

Nothing every features are excelent and flexible .

**What do you like best about RootDesk?**

We extensively use the time-sheet feature in RootDesk. RootDesk has all the statistics and performance metrics that we need for our analysis on the team performances.
RootDesk is very fast and extremely easy to use. I create teams, add users, create organisation hierarchy, tasks, tickets, and everything else that needs tracking in our organisation.

**What do you dislike about RootDesk?**

Initial settings may require some time to get used to. But once you learn them you can configure and tune RootDesk to your needs perfectly.

**Recommendations to others considering RootDesk:**

RootDesk has got a free version which you can use for 5 users in your organisation with all the features for a lifetime. Give it a try and it will not disappoint.
