**What do you like best about Roonly?**

We started using Roonly at Patterson Homes a few months ago for both our construction superintendents and our real estate agents, and it's already made a noticeable difference. The biggest win has been the insights, Roonly helped us understand why certain supers are more effective at getting things done with sub-contractors, and we've been able to take those patterns and share them across the team. On the sales side, it's helped us create better training material for our agents by showing us where our messaging lands and where it falls flat. That kind of visibility just wasn't something we had before.

The platform is easy enough that we got about a dozen people across the company using it without a ton of hand-holding, which says a lot.

**What do you dislike about Roonly?**

Honestly, no real complaints so far. We're still early in our usage, so there may be things we haven't bumped into yet, but the experience has been smooth.

**What problems is Roonly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication is everything in homebuilding, between supers and subs, between agents and buyers, between the office and the field. Roonly is helping us see what's actually working in those conversations and what isn't. It's turned communication from a gut-feel thing into something we can actually measure and improve. We're building better training materials, our supers are more effective, and our agents are sharper in how they talk to buyers. For a builder our size, that kind of edge matters.
