Roonly is the all-in-one AI platform for in-person and field sales teams. We record field sales conversations, analyze them with AI, and automatically generate personalized training for each rep. No manager involvement needed. Unlike tools that stop at recording and analysis, Roonly closes the loop: Record → Analyze → Train → Improve. Every conversation feeds the AI, which auto-generates bite-sized coaching lessons, AI roleplay scenarios, and personalized development plans built from the company's real sales data. Key capabilities include AI conversation recording and analysis, AI roleplay with sub-2-second response times and 500+ dynamic voice personas trained on real company scenarios, Duolingo-style training modules, an AI onboarding wizard that builds entire training programs in minutes, and built-in gamification with contests, leaderboards, and bracket competitions. Roonly serves D2D and field sales industries including solar, pest control, roofing, HVAC, home security, telecommunications, home services, trades, and construction. The platform includes a mobile app for reps (iOS and Android) and a manager dashboard for team oversight, analytics, and settings. Built for the companies where managers have 50+ reps and can't ride along with everyone. Roonly gives every rep a personal AI coach that gets smarter with every conversation.
