AI concierge surprised us in the best way

We switched to roommaster for the hotel management software functionality. The AI concierge was turned on almost as an afterthought and it's become one of the features our team talks about most. Guests engage with it, it handles FAQs reliably, and it has reduced routine front desk calls noticeably. The team is clearly shipping new features regularly too the product has improved visibly in the months since we signed up.

Revenue AI is better than I expected

The AI revenue management recommendations in roommaster have been consistently good. RevPAR has improved. Pricing admin time has dropped significantly. Good hotel software.

Best hotel management software we've used

|roommaster
We've been through two other hotel software platforms before landing on roommaster and this is the right one. Everything is properly integrated channel distribution, direct bookings, housekeeping, revenue management so the whole operation runs from one place. The onboarding team was organised and got our staff trained quickly. Our housekeeping team particularly love the mobile view; room status updates in real time without anyone calling the front desk. That's saved time every single day. Support team has been great whenever we've had questions.
