The best thing I like about Rochen is its support of free migrations, where having a website on other domains can also be migrated to Rochen.
Also, since its data centers are in the US and UK, website data is backed up very efficiently.

Though there are not many cons of Rochen as a website hosting service, the thing I don't like is its customer support which is available only over Email, and that too very time taking.
