I would say most colleagues and clients adopt it easily but about 20% don't and they end up pulling reviews out of RH defeating the purpose of the system. **What problems is RoboHead solving and how is that benefiting you?** Robohead breaks down and organizes the tasks by teams and this is a great way to streamline our projects. The reviews are the one feature that I enjoy the most. The ability to track the changes and mark them off is fantastic. ### 3. RH is far superior to previous PM systems we've used in the past. **What do you dislike about RoboHead?** The biggest concern I hear from project managers is the amount of administrative time it takes them to keep the project information/timeline up to date. However, I see this as more of an internal process/control issue than an actual system flaw. **What problems is RoboHead solving and how is that benefiting you?** RoboHead is the congruent for the various teams within the marketing department. It houses most things marketing. From detailed campaigns to a single handout. It also provides extensive reporting by project, campaign, resource management among other items that require tracking. ### 9. The review platform is also super slick and intuitive for giving feedback to our designers and copywriters. **What do you dislike about RoboHead?** The layout of projects can be a bit wonky and there isn't a great way to connect projects to one another. I wish there was also a better way to have stages for a task instead of having to create multiple tasks for when we need help from contractors on projects it's hard for them to keep track of when things are due. **What problems is RoboHead solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a large team with a lot of inputs and connections to other areas in the business that we rely on to get information posted on our website, emails created, copy written, graphic design, etc. Robohead has been extremely helpful for managing all of the projects we have and is a central way for us to communicate and request things from other areas in the business. ### 19. Real-time problem-solving has been a huge help for us as well. Anytime we have a question about anything regarding the software we can chat with someone almost always right away without having to go through a phone call or setting up a meeting with an account rep and a customer service person. We also really appreciate that tech support is included in our plan without an additional fee. **What do you dislike about RoboHead?** Reporting continues to be a constant struggle for us. I inherited this software which was chosen by a design manager with HEAVY influence from our web developer who has moved to a different role and isn't available to fix these up for us. We have to run multiple reports to get specific numbers (a lot of which has been negated by the monthly email we get from RH so that's a huge help). The user experience is still very clunky especially when compared side by side with competitors (Wrike, WeWork) and not having an iPad or Mobile app is a bit detriment. **What problems is RoboHead solving and how is that benefiting you?** Capturing feedback across multiple remote teams Forcing requestors to gather all information before assigning a job by rejecting the submission The review module is a GREAT CYA tool when being confronted with designer mistakes vs missed mistakes by review team ### 29. Since switching over from our last project management software, RoboHead has really helped organize our team and all the projects we have going on. The platform is super user friendly and visually really nice. By being able to organize from the top down - campaigns, projects, tasks - RoboHead allows us to run the reports we need to see monthly, quarterly, or yearly progress while keeping everything accessible in one spot. The array of chart types is really helpful depending on what you are using them for. Additionally, there are a lot of little features and shortcuts to make your life easier, like creating templates for reviews and projects, that make setup in the system short and seamless. **What do you dislike about RoboHead?** The only thing missing from RoboHead that would be very helpful is a high-level calendar view for ALL projects that we could use as a content calendar. **What problems is RoboHead solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're getting projects started and completed faster with scheduling features and the reviews feature. Our legal team has a much easier time reviewing content because the system sends automated emails and has a great, user friendly review window with different editing tools. It does everything! **Recommendations to others considering RoboHead:** If you manage a high volume of creative projects, have more than 2 people on your team and need feedback/approval from others outside of your team. Get this product!!! **What problems is RoboHead solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before we implemented RoboHead, our team relied on email communications, printouts of designs/work for markups and edits, paper filing of each version on top of the digital files, etc. It was an archaic and broken system. If someone on the team left employment, you had to hope they had printed out every communication and filed it with the appropriate project. RoboHead has made our team more efficient and effective. It has saved us from keeping thousands of "job folders" on file and allows us to quickly retrieve archived projects and communications in one platform. We love it!!! ### 31. It’s easy to get a clear view of all projects from the dashboard. **What do you dislike about RoboHead?** Would like it if completing all individual tasks would automatically trigger project completion. Would like it if I could comment on a review comment internally in addition to replying to the comment. **What problems is RoboHead solving and how is that benefiting you?** The project intake function has resulted in internal clients providing better information before a project begins allowing us to be more efficient. The task assignment function makes it easy to shift responsibilities as circumstances change. The online review process is easy for clients to use and understand and has saved time collating comments and avoided confusion. The ability to create custom tasks has allowed us to adapt the portal to our specific type of projects rather than being tied to generic task types. ### 32. Marketing project management has never been an easy task it always needed much effort and with Robohead we are now managing our projects with great success. Organizing our team has also become obvious and It has many such tools we never had the idea that we needed. Management has taken a whole new level now we can manage our projects, deliverables, and our team too. Plus the shortcut for making templates of reviews has also proved very profitable for us. **What do you dislike about RoboHead?** The unavailability of a calendar view is something we consider as its demerit. Since a high-level calendar could help us to keep a track of all our projects and I must say that lack of it is not something good. **What problems is RoboHead solving and how is that benefiting you?** RObohead is a very creative and superb tool now management has become a very simple task for us which used to be so tricky. With it now we can manage our projects, deliverables, and our team too and manufacturing of templates of reviews is also very effective feature so I must say that it is an astounding tool in very affordable price if they will provide its users the feature of calendar nothing can excel it in any way. ### 33. With other products out there meant to help teams in the same way, this product is not worth the enormous expense it is to our team. Also, it doesn't show you that something is assigned to you after someone else completes a step, so you still need to email that person with your progress. **Recommendations to others considering RoboHead:** Basecamp is a great program to help teams manage projects compared to this. The ability to comment on version-controlled reviews, and use gantt charts for planning take it to the next level. **What do you dislike about RoboHead?** There is little to dislike, just be sure to set expectations and business "rules" around how you want people to use it. Really when it comes to project management, this is a good software, it is just a matter of training up the users which is always the struggle. **What do you dislike about RoboHead?** There is no back button! That is probably the biggest flaw/annoyance. Also, the learning curve is kind of steep. There are a LOT of capabilities built in to the system, I wish there was a way to simplify it to show only the things you use. I think there probably is a way to do that, but because of so many functions, I wouldn't even know where to start. **What problems is RoboHead solving and how is that benefiting you?** We brought accountability into our project whereas we did not have it before. Keeping all commenting and transactions inside the project was great because it helps hold people accountable and organized in order to track everything. ### 46.
