If there are multiple text boxes on the page, Roboform adds details to them, even if it's not a login page. 2. Because they have incorporated 2FA, one would expect that backing up 2FA TOTP details is a must, but no. In all its wisdom, Roboform decided that when backing up to a CSV (off cloud) no TOTP data would be saved. To me, this is a critical feature missing. 3. Support is bad, but not just bad, add rude, condescending and everything in-between on the list. I had the agent open a support case after explaining the issue, and he asked me "What do you want the case to say?" Seriously? Save everything - use it for bookmarks and secure notes as well as logins. It integrates with your browsers as well as with Windows, so it can be used to log into desktop applications too. You can also put it on your phone, laptop, and tablet to use it anywhere you happen to be. It's unlikely you'll find any password manager that is more secure or works better than RoboForm. **What problems is RoboForm solving and how is that benefiting you?** The staff was still using a password spreadsheet when I joined the team, which was insecure and they often failed to update it. RoboForm Business has simplified our password management while at the same time provided a much more secure way to share the logins we all need to use. We've also benefitted from the ability to control access to certain password folders, separating login access for office management functions from operational functions, as well as creating individual folders so each staff member can keep logins for their own use when there is no need to share. ### 42. It is very challenging to keep up with all of them and the frequency on which I need to change/update them. Security is a huge factor since we are dealing with a lot of private data for our clients. I had a hard time clearing out some accounts that I removed previously. Roboform acts as a good bridge between security and convenience that is rare to see with solutions today.
