What do you like best about Riverside?

This platform truly brings everything you need together in one place, all for a single price. Before, I had to piece together several different apps just to produce my podcast, but now the entire process is streamlined into one user-friendly studio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Riverside?

"Poor Quality and Severe Billing Issues"

What do you like best about Riverside?

I like the quality aspect of Riverside when dealing with videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Riverside?

It's supposed to render better, but it's impossible to download the file sometimes. They keep charging me without receipts $300 yearly when I am on a free plan, and last year they couldn't refund it because 'they can't locate the transaction.' This year they use chatbots that say my transaction is not refundable. So $900 that I didn't agree to, and I need to close my AMEX to prevent the charges I didn't agree to while I am on a free plan.
