**What do you like best about Ripple IT?**

I like that Ripple IT is really straightforward and their interactions are very human. They focus on understanding our business and recommending IT solutions that allow us to work without IT hassles. I appreciate that they handle IT issues quickly and can foresee problems before they occur. Ripple IT’s down-to-earth, realist approach makes it easy for our team to interact with them. They've done a great job setting up our online Egnyte server and moving us to the Google ecosystem. I like how they're always available, thinking ahead, and their human way of doing things is much appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Ripple IT?**

Sometimes it's not the simplest to get ahold of them. I wish there was some sort of simple text service or Slack service that used communication channels that we're already used to. Team typically has to pick up the phone or use some app that we're not already using, and that inhibits me a little bit. It would be nice to just have a simple chat conversation or something.

**What problems is Ripple IT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ripple IT handles our IT problems quickly and prevents them before they occur, allowing us to focus on business without worrying about IT infrastructure.
