When I signed up, I got one-on-one help from the founders directly. It's great that most of the features I needed, like order status, were already built into the platform, and I could connect my Gorgias helpdesk easily. I like that the AI phone support is faster and better than hiring humans, and the service pays for itself. **What do you dislike about Ringly.io?** I would like to have chat as well next to voice.
