What do you like best about Richpanel?

I really like how we can merge tickets to multiple conversations customers may be having. It is really helpful in keeping this organized and be able to respond to the customer in a timely manner Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Richpanel?

I really wish we could merge accounts with multiple email addresses. Many customer reach out on different email address than the one that is connected to their account, so it would be nice to have that as a feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
