Improve the ease of use for all hands-on participants in the change process.

Provide efficient and automated workflows through our SAP Dev-QA-Prod environments

Improve our ability to control and manage an increasingly complex SAP change environment.

The ease with which transports can be moved across the landscape with approval based workflows. It reduces the depedency of admins to a great deal. I also love the OOPS and PODS checks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing much to dislike. It would be helpful to improve the documentation on handling scenarios during N+1 upgrades and when adding new systems into the landscape. I find the documentation little unclear with these scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rev-Trac solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rev-Trac primarily solved our problem of manual transports movement using traditional SAP change management process. This was pretty cumbersive and manual effort for our team and someone had to be available round the clock. Rev-Trac solved this using the automated approval based transport movement.
