I appreciate its robust approval mechanism and strong audit capabilities, which are especially useful during audits. I like the ease of use and the robust processes. It helps my technical team clearly understand what is approved and what requires attention, giving a clear picture of approval and transport movement. **What do you dislike about Rev-Trac?** We encountered some issues during the upgrade process. It must be streamlined for the upgrade tool. Also, there must be a way to work with RTs instead of the transport or a process that doesn't disable it during an upgrade. It would be helpful if there was a way to transfer our Rev-Trac system to another system, like a Shadow Rev-Trac. OOPS seems to work well for the most part. **What do you dislike about Rev-Trac?** Whether it is just our system or whether it's Rev-Trac, we deal with a constant barrage of false alerts from PODS which will eventually wear people down and cause us to let real problems slip through. If we are moving a change from QA to Stage, or Stage to Prod and it's already been tested in that environment, how could we possibly have a dependency due to new development in our Dev environment? These should at least be visible as a much lower class of error or something. It doesn't make logical sense. It also flags selection screens as missing almost 100% of the time. These just feel like problems we shouldn't have in the year 2025. All supported and managed by RevTrac. **What do you dislike about Rev-Trac?** Like most great software, it does come at a cost. **What problems is Rev-Trac solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have daily and monthly Deployment Releases into Prod, and our SAP landscape is very complex with BAU, Release, and Patching Transport paths across ISU, CRM, and ERP. RevTrac helps and benefits us by controlling, managing, and checking all changes as they make their way into Prod. ### 12.
