It can solve my company's and my clients' problems by providing a front office service that can drastically reduce the number of calls to both technical and sales support. Furthermore, many of the questions my clients need to answer can be absorbed by AI. For example, we operate in a mountainous area. I came into this quite sceptical - I had never really done anything more advanced in AI than using ChatGPT. I spent hours researching to make sure I was using the right system & that led me to Retell AI.
